Despatch / Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed and subject to availability, we will deliver your order within approx. 5 - 7 working days.

Deliveries are made within Germany only through our delivery partners, DHL - either by DHL parcel delivery or by the DHL forwarding service. You can go to "My MWH" any time to see what stage your order has reached. Simply enter your order number. And to make sure that you are best prepared for the delivery of your furniture, DHL's forwarding service will agree the precise delivery date with you and they will call you again approx. one hour before delivery.

Prices and despatch costs

The flat fee for postage and packing for parcels (spareparts) is € 4.50 and starting from an order value of € 39, there is no charge for postage and packing.

The flat fee for postage and packing for parcels (furniture) is € 19.95 and starting from an order value of € 499, there is no charge for postage and packing.
